London Eye film produced by Lenzflare

Lenzflare produce instructional film for the London Eye, to improve guest’s experience and increase revenue.

Picsolve International are one of the world's leading imaging solutions companies, with offices in the United Kingdom, USA, Hong Kong and New Zealand, and over 300 installations throughout the world.

Picsolve run photographic and video services at theme parks, water parks and other attractions around the world.

Picsolve were asked by Merln Entertainments to provide a custom-built souvenir photography solution for The London Eye, on the south bank of the River Thames.

After installing the system and building a larger retail outlet Picsolve realised guests were unsure of where and when their photograph would be taken. This was affecting potential sales.

Lenzflare established their working relationship with Picsolve International earlier this year when they designed and produced The Oblivion On Ride Experience DVD for Alton Towers. Lenzflare were once again asked to provide a creative and effective solution that would better communicate where and when the guests photo’s would be taken.

Lenzflare produced the instructional film from an initial creative meeting, which took place on the London eye, to a completed full operation film on site within 7 days.
